Third generation driver 18 year old Dillon Ghent will run his rookie season in the V27 Spike/Mopar for 2017 / 2018.
His dad Peter & Grandfather Peter "Old Pete" both ran speedcars back in the day.
Dillon started junior speedway karts 2009, in his first year he won 5 features.
In 2012 he ran third in Australian title & followed up with another podium in the 2013 title coming second and also second in 2014 Victoria title.
He graduated to seniors after that and went into the “Outlaw” class winning many features before stepping into his dad's midget for a test run in 2015 at Bacchus Marsh.
He expects to run a full program this year with his sister Amber, who debuted last season coming back to run the Jordan Motorsport V64 car again later in the season & will become the third brother & sister to run together in VSDA history.
